Hertfordshire based project. To rebuild / repair a listed 17th century barn located on the St Pauls Walden Estate.
The barn was in quite a state of disrepair, held upright with ratchet straps to stop collapse.
The main works included, install of new brickwork and oak base plates, sourced and cut from the estate grounds. Replacement up-rights and braces where needed. Construction of two new gable ends. Roof repair, feather edge throughout and the construction of new barn doors.
